Defeat for Gladiators at Sandy Lane

The Plymouth Prow Park Gladiators went down to a 58-32 loss against the Oxford Cheetahs in the final match of the BSN Series Southern Group.

Skipper Kyle Howarth, originally out with a neck injury, made a return to the team but crashed in his opening heat one ride, forcing the already patched up Gladiators to run injury rider replacement, in addition to rider replacement for Paul Starke.

Ben Barker top scored for the Gladiators with 14, backed by Richie Worrall (8) and guest reserve Lee Complin (8+1).
