Bandits v The Gladiators Preview

The Plymouth Prow Park Gladiators race their final meeting of the 2023 Cab Direct Championship when they take on The Berwick Bandits at Shielfield Park tonight (9th September) 

Following last night’s defeat against Edinburgh, the Gladiators will be looking for a result to avoid picking up the wooden spoon, with both teams tied on 4 points at the bottom of the table.

Unfortunately due to injuries, and other circumstances, the Gladiators are forced to run with another team consisting mainly of guests, with only James Pearson and Ben Trigger present from the original septet. 

The Gladiators will run rider replacement for skipper Kyle Howarth, who is feeling the effects from a crash last night, with Jason Edwards coming in for Dan Gilkes, along with Matt Marson, and Kye Thomson for the injured Dan Thompson and Ben Barker, whilst Simon Lambert comes in for Richie Worrall. Tapes up at 7pm
